Academic advocates Taiwan-Philippines-Japan defense cooperation
Taipei, Oct. 20 (CNA) Taiwan, the Philippines and Japan should engage in defense cooperation in response to China's "illegal, coercive, aggressive and deceptive" operations along the first island chain, a Philippine academic said Tuesday.
