End of World Survival Kit (endofworldsurvivalkit.com) is operated by YoYo Excursions Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern use of the website, purchases and its associated content. By using the website, you agree to applicable terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. You must not use our services contrary to applicable laws, including UK trade sanctions and export restrictions where applicable.
Our products may include emergency preparedness supplies, survival guides, USB resources and related materials. We aim to describe them accurately, but specifications and availability may change. Informational content is for general educational purposes and does not guarantee safety or survival in an emergency. Follow instructions from emergency services and qualified professionals. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Products are offered subject to availability and order acceptance. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable delivery costs and taxes are shown before completing an order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; availability can change. We may decline or cancel orders for genuine stock, pricing, legal or fraud-prevention reasons and will deal with any payments as required by law.
We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx and other delivery providers, as appropriate for the delivery destination and service. Estimated times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. If delivery is delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier. Your statutory delivery rights continue to apply. International shipments may incur duties and taxes as notified where required.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable statutory rights. Contact us with your order details and reason for the return. Returned goods should normally be unused and appropriately packaged where the return is for a change of mind. Customers normally cover change-of-mind return postage unless stated otherwise or required by law.
We aim to process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and assessing the returned product. This is the processing period specified for these Terms; our separate Returns & Refunds Policy states a 5–7 business day target. Neither estimate overrides a statutory refund deadline. Digital content may be subject to lawful cancellation exceptions, with any applicable consent and acknowledgement obtained where required.
Please notify us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and where possible a video showing the condition of the parcel and item. We may arrange inspection or collection. Where a return is necessary because an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will meet return costs as required by law and provide the appropriate remedy. The requested 7-day reporting period does not remove statutory rights.
Website text, logos, photographs, designs, guides and downloadable resources belong to us or their respective rights holders. Except where the law permits, you may not copy, redistribute, repackage or commercially exploit them without appropriate permission. Purchases of informational materials provide personal-use rights unless a separate licence states otherwise.
Where forums, chat or community features are offered, you must communicate respectfully, avoid harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, spam and misleading posts, and refrain from posting unlawful or infringing material. You must not attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape restricted information unlawfully, interfere with checkout or other users, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We take reasonable care in providing products and information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of rights under consumer legislation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Information about survival techniques must not replace professional or emergency advice.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve complaints informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to consumers in other jurisdictions. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. We do not require disputes to be referred to the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published with a revised date and will not retrospectively remove statutory rights. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue so far as lawful.
