Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

End of World Survival Kit is a website operated by YoYo Excursions Ltd. We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below and your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

• Please contact us at contact@endofworldsurvivalkit.com to request a return and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• For change-of-mind returns, goods should be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, where reasonably possible.
• We will explain the return instructions and any authorisation reference before you send the goods back.
• Customers normally pay the postage for change-of-mind returns, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to cover it.

Return Address

End of World Survival Kit — Returns, 316 Whitehorse Road, Croydon Road (at the back), Croydon CR0 2LE, London, UK. Please contact us before posting an item so that we can provide the correct instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we aim to issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for your payment provider to show the refund may vary. Your statutory refund rights and deadlines are not affected by this processing estimate.

Late Deliveries

If an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@endofworldsurvivalkit.com with your order number. We will follow up with the delivery company and update you. No £4 late-delivery credit is offered under this policy. Your statutory rights where goods are not delivered on time remain unaffected.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. Where possible, take photographs or a short video while opening the package and of any damage, missing parts or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly; this request does not limit your statutory rights to report faults later.

We may request further photographs or arrange for a damaged or faulty product to be returned for inspection. Where a return is required because the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage as required by law. An appropriate repair, replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not exclude or restrict, your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where they apply. Some goods and digital content may be subject to specific cancellation exceptions, which will be explained where applicable.
